Payouts
The full client lifecycle. Build the deal in the Agreement Builder below (it's your complete builder, embedded untouched — use its own Proposal PDF / Agreement PDF buttons to generate documents). Hit Save to pipeline to store the deal. When it's signed, upload the signed copy on its pipeline row, then Activate hotel — it lands on the roster with its services and start date, and the auto-billing engine takes it from there.

Agreement Builder
This roster is the master list. "Generate next month" and "Start a new year" build invoices from the active hotels here — one invoice line per service (RMH, RSH, etc.). A hotel is billed for a month when its cancellation date is blank or falls on/after the 1st of that month. Bill.com payments still arrive as one compiled amount per hotel; the import matches that total against the hotel's combined open lines automatically.
How it works: open the Bill.com payment email, select all the text (Ctrl/Cmd-A), copy, and paste it below. The parser finds the payer, invoice numbers, and amounts, then matches them against this year's outstanding invoices. You review every match before anything is marked paid.
Paste Bill.com payment email
Service fee collection → straight into the books. Enter what each hotel collected for the month, any refunds, the RevFocused % and the team commission %. When you post, the tool creates the Service Fee invoice for each hotel in that year's ledger (unpaid, ready to bill — the Bill.com import will match it when the money lands) and the matching commission entry for the selected team member. Reports are saved in Files below.

Pipeline & pricing
Deals pipeline
Every pricing request is a deal: rep's pick vs. the platform's recommendation vs. Lee's decision, then proposal, contract and outcome. Read-only here; Lee decides in the Hub.
Stalled accounts
Open, proposal or tentative leads with no touch of any kind in 14 days — log, email, call or voicemail. Answers come from the record. Click trail to see everything that ever happened with the account.

Leads by channel
New leads received in the selected date range (same range as Calls & email activity above), by rep and channel, from the Hub's lead log.
M1 weekly readouts
The figures Matrix emails every Friday for each property — read from your own Outlook and filed by hotel and week. Activities completed, value of opportunities touched, value moved to definite, activities planned, and the top accounts engaged.
Load Matrix Sales Readout files — the per-hotel .htm exports (a 90-day pull or the Friday weekly files). Leads with contacts, opportunities and activity go to the cloud; each rep's lead log and weekly log fill in when the Hub next opens. A file already loaded is refused.
Drop the .htm files here (any number at once) or click to choose
The team
Team at a glance
Lee's management view, live: pipeline by stage and value, follow-up compliance, calls and emails this week, voicemails returned or not, pricing requests, hours, and the latest M1 week. Red means it needs attention.

Calls & email activity
Teams calls (synced nightly at 4:30am Central), emails cc'd to a hotel's M1 address, and Teams voicemails with transcripts — via each rep's own Microsoft sign-in. Metadata only; the messages stay in Microsoft. Days are Central time.

Follow-up & coaching cadence
From the Hub's lead log and conversation records — response speed, persistence, and how often each person is being coached. Empty until the Hub is on version 2 of the weekly file.
Revenue Ops (RMH)
RMH team — recurring deliverables
Revenue Ops deliverables watched through email: e.g. the rate shop that goes to the hotels twice a day. A day is green when the expected sends went out by their cut-off times. Same date range as the activity card above.
Deliverable rules (add or edit)
Revenue Ops deliverables
Recurring sends that must go out — e.g. the rate shop to hotels twice a day — matched from the person's sent email by a word in the subject. Same date range as above. Green = all sends on time; amber = late or short; red = missed on a working day.

Notes with Lee
Two-way. What you send here shows up on Lee's Hub dashboard (and on the member's profile if you pick one); his replies and his own notes come back here. Nothing in this channel reaches the team member.
Open alerts in the Hub
What the Hub was telling the sales lead to do when this file was exported — alerts that repeat week to week are the ones being ignored.

Weekly history
Libraries & conversations
STR Library
Year-end STAR history per hotel — the platform reads it for the pricing recommendation and Lee sees the arrival month's history on every decision. One source, all tools.
Upload Monthly STAR reports — pick one hotel, then any number of monthly files at once; the "Daily by Month" tab becomes the hotel's day-by-day history. The pricing recommendation then reads the same nights in prior years, shifted to the same day of week.
Teams conversations
Read straight from Microsoft Teams with your own sign-in: every channel in the teams you belong to, and your chats with team members. Nothing is copied into the platform — this is a window onto Teams.

RSH Payroll Desk
Timesheets, pay periods & team payroll — saves to the cloud with everything else and is included in every backup.

Backup & export
Your data saves to the cloud as you work and backs itself up — every save is kept (last 30), plus a daily copy for 120 days and a monthly copy for three years. The backup file is still a complete archive if you want one on a drive.

Team members & share rates
Share % is the member's cut of collected RevFocused service fees, used by the share calculator on the Team tab.
Start a new year
Creates the next year's tab and (optionally) generates January invoices from the Hotel Roster — every active hotel gets one invoice line per service (RMH, RSH, …), respecting cancellation and start dates, everything unpaid and ready to send.
